1.SUKHASNA AND PRANYAM .

Sit in this pose for 2min then relax then inhale deeply it reduce your stress level  which is one of cause of low immunity also maintain heart rate and nervous system distress.
2 GARUD ASNA.

Leave in this pose for 2 minor stimulate the fresh blood flow throughout the body by squeezing pressure point and also give the immune power to the body
3.ANUVITTASNA
Leave in this pose for 1min it specially detoxify your adernal gland reduce ( cartisol) stress harmone and increase Immunity.
4.TREE POSE .
 Leave in this pose for 1min .stand on a leg and maintain your balance. Best time to do it in morning also increase your immunity .
5.UTTASNA POSE .
It protect the sinuses and mucus membrane which are the first form of defense .One of easiest way to rejuvenate the immune system.
