Getting wet during a moonsoon it trigger allergic reactions and cold if it ignored trickle down to lungs to cause a cough and suptum . Bacteria and virus in such condition make the situation more worse .

  • Avoid less exposure of skin wear long cloth or full clothes

Moonsoon can damage your skin beauty because of highly humidity bacteria virus and fungus is highly active (ringworm is common in this season)

Common disease of moonsoon :-

1. Viral fever.  Viral fever is common disease in moonsoon it is caused due to viral infection like dengue

Symptom :-

Sweating, chills , headache, loss of appetite , feelings of weakness.

Treatment :-

  • Take rest as much as possible.
  • Antiviral medication.
  • Sit in lukewarm bath to bring your body temperature down 

2. Dengu :- Dengu fever is caused by when Ades agyepti mosquitoe carrying the virus bite to a healthy person .This disease mainly occur in the subtropical region .

Symptom :-

Headache , vomitting , swollen gland , pain behind eyes 

Treatment :-

  • Stay hydrated 
  • Medication-painkiler 
  • Paracetamol is commonly prescribed .                    

 3. Diarrhoea :-  It is also  known as loose motion it caused by ingestion of contaminated food and water or exposure to a fecal matter.

Symptoms :-

  • Watery stool 
  • Cramps 
  • Dehydration
  • Fever ,, loss of appetite 

Precautions :-

  • Maintain a personal hygiene
  • Maintain a normal diet 
  • Stay hydrated 
  • For adults more than a week it is a serious .
